It will develop and build the project, which is the latest addition to its national retirement living portfolio of 72 villages, and joins the group’s three Ardency offerings in New South Wales.

On site health and beauty services along with a 12 hour daily concierge service, 24 hour emergency call button and room service are also planned the village, and private transport, including the minibus, will operate daily.
The Bates Smart architectural design draws from the Federation-era red brick of neighbouring Bendigo St, the address of the former Nine studios.
