The building was developed with an emphasis on sustainability, targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating, 5 Star NABERS Energy rating and an International WELL Platinum for Core & Shell.
Despite being completed in the midst of Melbourne’s 2020 COVID-19 lockdowns, anchor tenant Deloitte moved into their Victorian headquarters at the building, occupying 28,000sqm of space over 15 floors, with other tenants including Norton Rose Fulbright, Lander & Rogers and Urbis.
