Brasswater has appointed Martin Roberge as executive vice president, Green Street News can reveal.
Roberge joins Brasswater following a brief tenure as deputy director general for the City of Saint-Eustache, where he oversaw development projects, urban planning, operations and public works.
In his new role, based in Montréal, Roberge will be responsible for strengthening governance structures and driving organizational performance.
The appointment came after discussions with Brasswater’s leadership about the company’s growth trajectory and desire for structured expansion. Roberge will focus on creating objectives and enhancing financial performance while maintaining the value of existing assets and managing operational costs.
Roberge has over 25 years of experience in property management and public-sector leadership, including work in healthcare infrastructure management. From 2007 to 2023, he served as technical deputy director for CISSS des Laurentides, managing a portfolio that included five hospitals with a $1.2bn budget.
He previously held positions with STM South Shore and Standard Life, and spent five years as a property manager with real estate developer Joseph Kracauer.
