MIRVAC has filled up its A-grade office building at 90 Collins St after securing three new tenants.
Click Energy has leased over 1,300 sqm for a five-year term; Merricks Capital has signed an eight-year term for 500 sqm; McDonald Murholme signed a five-year deal for over 900 sqm.
Mirvac’s group general manager, leasing and agency services, Paul Bezzina, said the leasing agreements were a positive result for the office tower and the quality of the asset.
“We continue to focus on delivering, transforming and maintaining exceptional assets in Melbourne’s CBD to align with the evolution of the city, and to ensure we can deliver outstanding work environments for our customers,” Bezzina said.
90 Collins St offers 21,000 sqm of space over 21 levels with luxury brand retailers on the ground floor and basement parking for 111 cars.
