A PRIVATE owner-occupier has paid $1.5 million for an office warehouse facility at Athol Park in north-west Adelaide.
JLL’s David Ludlow and Kym Hutchins negotiated the sale of the property located at 17-19 Athol St Athol Park, on behalf of Alleena.
The property was sold as vacant possession. The 8,100 sqm site is improved by a 1,200 sqm office / warehouse.
