QUEENSLAND-based property development company AHC have sold a Caltex service station at Helensvale for $6.3 million.
The service station has been held by the company for 20 years and it was sold to provide funding for the New Gympie Southside Town Centre.
AHC said the Southside Town Centre anchored by Woolworths will be a worthy addition to the company’s commercial holdings.
This contract is unconditional and will settle on the 16 November 2010.
