A PRIZED industrial property opportunity in Sydney’s Alexandria has been snapped up at auction for $3.83 million.
Michael Binskin and Marcus Schraag of LJ Hooker Commercial marketed the 894 sqm site at 71a Burrows Road, which has a refurbished 572 sqm office and warehouse building.
Zoned Industrial 1, it also features a fenced and secure yard and is located moments from the future Westconnex Interchange.
Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks auctioned the property. It marked the first in 25 years it had been offered for sale.
