BONDI Junction Auto Services owners, Steve and Carmen Davidson, are looking to sell their Bellevue Hill home for $37 to $38 million.
The Espie Dods-designed house, at 10 Ginahgulla Road, was purchased by the couple for $28.5 million back in December 2021 from film producer Popsy Albert, after forty years in the family.
With five-bedrooms and four-bathrooms, the Mediterranean-inspired estate spans 1,430sqm of level land and features landscaped gardens, a mosaic-tiled pool and off-street parking for six cars.
Set back from the street behind a stone wall and a semi-circular driveway, the home includes more than 650sqm of recently updated internal living space over four levels with numerous formal and informal entertaining areas.
Located just 5km from the Sydney CBD, the property is within proximity of The Scots College, Cranbrook School, Ascham, Kambala and Kincoppal-Rose Bay schools and just a walk away from Double Bay village.
Before moving to the Bellevue Hill address, the Davidsons sold their house in Vaucluse to Ros Kelly, former Labor MP, and David Morgan, former CEO at Westpac, for a similarly eye-watering $37.5 million.
Before selling to the Davidsons, 10 Ginahgulla Road last changed hands in 1982 for $825,000, ahead of the commissioned Espie Dods residence.
The sale of the Bellevue Hill property is being managed by D’Leanne Lewis from Laing+Simmons via an expressions of interest campaign scheduled to close on 11 December 2023.
