A multi-purpose industrial property in Darwin’s eastern suburb of Berrimah is under contract, believed to have sold for $2.1 million.
The vacant 16 Berrimah Road property encompasses two hectares and comprises multi-purpose infrastructure and numerous outbuildings.
The site has frontage to Vandelin Drive as well as Bowerlee Road.
LJ Hooker Commercial’s Ted Norman and Jon Jenkins marketed the property and declined to comment.
