THE Bracco cattle property in Queensland Roma district has sold under the hammer for $4.575 million.
The six-paddock, 1.876 hectare freehold was sold by Colliers International’s Trenton Hindman and Ben Forrest on behalf of Robert and Gail Herricks. It comprises brigalow and belah softwood scrub soils, a number of large-scale dams and a bore, and has capacity for 800 cattle or 1,300 backgrounders.
