A PRIME Burwood development site in Sydney’s inner west has sold after auction for $3.3 million.
CBRE’s Nick Tuxworth sold the shop top housing development site the morning after auction to a local private developer, on behalf of Nelson Meers Hotel Group.
The 1,180 sqm sqm is located at 79-81 Liverpool Rd Burwood, 12 km from the CBD.
Tuxworth said enquiry was very strong from both local and Chinese developers.
“We are happy with the result after the property initially passed in at auction with three bidders after not reaching the price the vendor wanted,” Tuxworth concluded.
