The 111sqm Unit 9, 82-84 Townsville Street property comprises a 55sqm air-conditioned office and showroom space on the first floor and a 56sqm warehouse on the lower ground floor.
It was sold on a 6.3% yield, with a new three-year lease with a three-year option to VIP Car Care returning $15,162 per annum.
Troy Markos of LJ Hooker Commercial Canberra sold the property.
