AN owner occupier has purchased a South Yarra warehouse formerly used as a photography studio, which they intend to convert into a family residence.
Beller Commercial’s Liam Rafferty and Fred Nucara sold 7-11 Phoenix Street in an off-market deal for $2.405 million.
Investors and townhouse developers also sought the 432 sqm site, which is zoned Neighbourhood Residential and has a 390 sqm building that was utilised as a photography studio for more than 30 years.
The vendor was private owner.
