A WAREHOUSE and office building at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast has sold for $1.1 million.
The 5 Industrial Avenue Caloundra West property was sold to local plumbing products company Plastec Australia’s owner Sydney Hawthorne by Ray White Commercial’s Luca Reynolds.
Set on a 2,181 sqm site, the 760 sqm vacant building includes a 550 sqm warehouse and 210 sqm office.
“I informed the seller that the brunt of the inquiry we were receiving was coming from buyers looking to invest or owner occupy the property,” he said. “The owner then understood that this was the best time to sell, and after marketing the property for the next few weeks there were multiple inquiries with one perfect outcome for both buyer and seller.”
