A hotel in Fox Creek, Alta., has traded for $5.5m, Green Street News can reveal.
Fox Creek Ventures purchased the Comfort Inn & Suites Fox Creek from CCR Group in a deal that closed in early June.
The Avison Young hospitality team and Royal LePage Commercial had the assignment. The valuation for the 85-room hotel is $65,000/room. It was previously under the Choice Hotels flag.
At 317 1 Avenue, the hotel was completed in 2012. The 2-acre property is adjacent to Highway 43 and within 4km of the Silver Birch Golf Club and the Fox Creek Greenview Multiplex.
A hub for Alberta’s energy sector, the town of Fox Creek is 227km northwest of Edmonton and 155km southeast of Grand Prairie.
