A CENTURIA Capital managed fund has sold an office complex in Brisbane's inner suburb of Bowel Hills for $62 million.
The property at 153 Campbell St Bowen Hills was held in the Centuria Office Fund 2 which paid $39.4 million in 2004.
The asset was purchased by Sentinel Property Group.
The property comprises two five-storey buildings with a floor area of 15,702 sqm and 289 car parking spaces on a 1.26ha site. There is development potential for additional 30,000 sqm.
Centuria Capital’s CEO John McBain said the sale is in alignment with the fund’s defined exit strategy.
