A LOCAL developer has paid $4.2 million for a Dandenong industrial site of 15,750 sqm in Melbourne’s south-east.
Knight Frank’s George Linn, Adrian Garvey and Luke Crozier brokered the deal for 44-80 Sinclair Road, which has a 5,014 sqm facility leased for the next three years with no further terms.
Linn said that with the property was one of the few remaining development sites on offer, with the nearby Logis and Key Industrial Estates now sold out.
Zoned Industrial 1, it has a 121.92-metre frontage and immediate access to Eastlink.
