Elysium Investments and Estonia-based Hepsor have purchased a development property in Toronto.
The partners plan to build a two-tower residential rental property on the 1-acre site at 70-104 Brownville Avenue. The property is 150 m from Mount Dennis Station, connecting to the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, GO Transit and the UP Express.
The purchase is Elysium’s fifth in just over a year and brings its land acquisitions to $210m. It recently partnered with Hepsor on a project at 21-29 Oakmount Road and 26-36 Mountview Avenue.
