Shop 6, 1-3 Alexandra Avenue sold with a new 3+3-year lease to the long-standing tenant, returning $26,181 per annum plus GST and outgoings.
The sale price reflected a 6.54% yield and a building rate of $6,666 per sqm.
James Gregson and Brendan Goodwin of Allard Shelton sold the property.
