“Impactful regeneration”
Nick Markham, chair of LCR, said: “Michael’s track record both within UK regeneration and on the leadership teams of major corporates adds further depth and skill to the LCR board.
“The board and our executive team have ambitious plans to expand LCR’s role in delivering public value through the placemaking-led regeneration of underused public assets, and we are thrilled to have Michael on the team.”
Dunn added: “LCR has an impressive track record in bringing together public and private sectors partners to deliver impactful regeneration. I look forward to working with my colleagues on the board as we continue to support the government’s drive to deliver new homes, jobs and investment and ensure more places reach their potential.”
