JONES Lang LaSalle has sold a retail site in Glen Waverley, approximately 20kms south east of Melbourne CBD, for $1.4 million.
The deal was brokered by JLL leasing executive Nick Dempsey.
The property was offered for sale or lease.
Dempsey said the expression of interest campaign generated 40 enquiries.
Located at 198 Blackburn Rd on the corner of Blackburn Rd and High S, the former Blockbuster Video store comprises a 580 sqm on a 1,980 sqm site including 23 onsite car spots.
