DEVELOPMENT group Chapter Two has received planning approval for the development of a $110 million residential project at Rainbow Bay in Coolangatta.
Looking to take advantage of the high rates of demand for luxury residences on the southern Gold Coast, Chapter Two will deliver 86 apartments over 12 levels at their Holm development at 44-50 Eden Avenue in Point Danger.
Summa Group will partner up Chapter Two to deliver the project, in their third Gold Coast joint venture with the Jon Quayle and Oliver Bagheri-led group.
Located on a 1,924sqm site, Holm will include two townhouses and a courtyard unit on the ground floor in addition to the larger offering of two and three-bedroom apartments, with a portion of both offering multi-purpose rooms.
“Rainbow Bay is recognised as one of Australia’s premier beach destinations, north facing like Noosa and Byron Bay but more accessible and attainable, with stunning lifestyle amenity, natural beauty and some of the coast’s best dining and entertainment,” said Quayle, director at Chapter Two.
On top of access to the offerings provided by its placement in the community, Holm will feature amenities such as a top-floor residents club, with an infinity-edge pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, yoga deck and outdoor dining.
In addition the apartment building will include a dedicated work-from-home area, with private office studios, a library and function room, as well as an appointed lobby and secure resident parking.
Plus Architecture, in collaboration with Form Landscape Architects have been appointed to design the project.
“The apartments have been designed to appeal to owner occupiers, including downsizers who are looking for a lock up and leave lifestyle. With superb views across the ocean and west to the hinterland, Holm has been designed to capture the essence of the Coolangatta lifestyle,” said Danny Juric, director at Plus Architecture.
Apartment prices at Holm will begin in the $800,000s, with CBRE Gold Coast appointed to manage the sales and marketing over the coming months.
