FURNISHING and interior styling business, Guest Group, is relocating its operations to a sprawling new facility across 24,186 sqm in Melbourne’s south east.
The mixed-use property at 87 Letcon Drive in Dandenong South, comprises 16,500 sqm of warehousing and showroom space, as well as dual-level head office facilities designed by interior specialists, Scape, which offer the company’s 50 staff working pods, multiple meeting rooms and boardroom and break-out lounges.
K25 fire suppression sprinklers have also been installed at the property to help safeguard the furniture items being warehoused there.
The facilities offers convenient access to Eastlink and the Monash Freeway and is within Melbourne’s surging south east growth corridor.
Completed by Latteri Constructions, with operations shifted in a staged manner to avoid business disruptions, the leasing deal was struck by Sam Guest – a member of the Guest family – from Victorian commercial property agency Jones Real Estate, at a commencing rental income of $1,351,800 per year plus GST and outgoings.

This strategic move not only facilitates business expansion for us, but also positions us to thrive amidst the dynamic changes our industry can experience,” said Guest Group director, Bill Guest.
Elsewhere in Dandenong South, online computer store PC Case Gear recently leased a 6,267 sqm warehouse within Goodman’s Eumemmerring Business Park, while a national hardware products company pounced at the opportunity to buy an institutional-grade freestanding office and warehouse facility in the tightly-held precinct in a $31.5 million acquisition.
