A SKINCARE clinic in Sydney’s Balmain has sold at auction for $2.36 million, at a floor rate of $12,688 per sqm.
The recently renovated strata investment at Shop 1, 2a Rowntree Street has a floor area of 186 sqm and 14m frontage, sold at a 5.64% net yield with a 5+5-year lease to Clear Complexion, with 5% annual increases.
It was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks, and marketed by CBRE’s Aaron McLean and Nick Tuxworth.
The property is located at the base of the Bijou Balmain apartment complex.
