The 417 sqm corner site at 134 Lyons Rd comprises the newly constructed development, with a 7+7-year lease to Epic Pizza and returning a total of $200,000 per annum plus GST.
The sale price reflected a tight 4.55% yield.
It has off-street parking for six vehicles and is located close to Victoria Road, multiple bus routes and the Parramatta River waterfront.
Rocco Tripodi and Paul Di Mauro of Belle Property marketed the site, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
