A NORTH Hobart retail investment property leased to a Greek restaurant with mixed-used redevelopment potential has sold.
St Andrews Estate Agents’ Steve Yannarakis handled the sale of 322 Elizabeth St in North Hobart for $880,000.
Set on a 423 sqm land area, the property is improved by a 163 sqm building which is currently leased to local Greek restaurant Filoxenia.
According to Yannarakis, the unusually large 423 sqm land area offers an array of long term redevelopment prospects in the tightly held North Hobart retail precinct.
It is positioned in a precinct undergoing extraordinary activity, and is only 1.5 kilometres north-west of the revitalised city centre.
