JONES Lang LaSalle has strengthened its project and development services business with two key appointments.
Jamie Nancarrow will now head up JLL’s WA operations, as a director and Nick Forostenko will head up the ACT operations for the firm, as a senior project manager.
Prior to joining JLL, Nancarrow worked with APP Corporation as a senior project manager whilst Forostenko worked with ISIS Projects, UnitedKFPW and various government agencies including most recently the Department of Health and Ageing as the national project manager.
National head of project and development services Kevin Hastings said the business had traditionally been strong on the Eastern Seaboard, but had seen a marked increase in business flowing through in markets including Perth, Canberra and regional Australia.
