CUBE Developments has launched its $70 million Beach Life Alex residential development between the Maroochydore and Alex surf clubs on the Sunshine Coast.
Construction is expected to begin in March on the 2,276 sqm site at 118-120 Alexandra Parade. The development will feature 64 two and three-bedroom apartments with ocean views and balconies, with prices ranging from $599,000 to $2.49 million.
“We expect strong interest from the market because of the luxury, low-maintenance lifestyle and proximity to world class leisure assets and infrastructure,” Cube Developments’ Scott Juniper said.
“The beachside pocket of Alex and Maroochydore is one of south-east Queensland’s most exciting property hotspots due to the emerging Maroochydore City Centre development complimenting and enhancing the precinct’s already historically strong appeal,” Juniper said.
The dual frontages of Beach Life Alex allow the site to incorporate the beaches and parklands into its offering.
