An industrial building in Metro Vancouver has hit the market seeking $25.5m.
The food production facility at 1658 Industrial Avenue in Port Coquitlam consists of 42,000 sq ft on a 1.6 acre lot.
Lee & Associates has the marketing assignment for the building, which was constructed in 2009.
The campaign says the building can be turned into two units and has 26 ft ceilings, seven loading doors and skylights.
It also includes 10,300 sq ft of walk-in cooler space divided over five units, and a 4,600 sq ft temperature-controlled processing room.
Nearly 7,000 sq ft of office space is also in the building.
The property is 5 km northeast of Highway 1 and 20 km east of Downtown Vancouver.
