SUPRA Capital has sold a ground floor suite at its Uni Central development in Notting Hill to Mettler Packaging, with the $700,000 figure setting a new benchmark for the development of $6,350 per sqm.
CBRE’s Elise Betts negotiated the sale of the 110.2 sqm suite at 27-31 Duerdin Street.
“There’s a lack of available investment product in this price segment, with a high proportion of the suites at Uni Central acquired by owner occupiers,” Betts said. “The sale was finalised within two weeks of the suite being listed, with the purchaser attracted by the quality leave covenant to a global tenant and the opportunity to invest in a master-planned business estate close to Monash University, the CSIRO and the Synchrotron.”
A further four larger suites are currently being marketed for sale or lease at the second stage of the development, ranging from 350 sqm to 650 sqm.
