AN owner occupier has paid $3.8 million for an industrial facility within the William Angliss Estate in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
The 8,000 sqm site at 41-43 William Angliss Drive, Laverton North has 4,067 sqm building area, including high clearance warehouse and two levels of office space.
Knight Frank’s Joel Davy and Tony Tripodi negotiated the sale.
The property had been marketed for sale and lease earlier this year.
Earlier this year, Singaporean group Cache Logistics Trust paid $18.7 million for the nearby 16,324 sqm facility at 16-24 William Angliss Drive, part of a $191 million portfolio acquisition across the eastern seaboard.
Around the same time, Zagami Transport sold the 10,700 sqm 78-80 William Angliss Drive for $3.18 million. It has a 1,760 sqm office and warehouse building.
