A UNIQUE luxury apartment in Paddington Sydney has sold for $4.475 million, smashing the record.
The property sold was sold by Knight Frank on behalf of Sydney interior designer Mili Legge.
Nick Broadhurst negotiated the sale prior to auction, after the campaign attracted huge interest.
Apartment 7, 18 Flinton St, features three bedrooms, marble bathrooms, European oak floors, four metre ceilings, double garaging and resort facilities. Covering 338 sqm, the property is wrapped in three verandahs offering sweeping northerly views that capture the city skyline, Harbour Bridge and as far as Manly.
The building itself is the landmark former Royal Women’s Hospital building and the apartment occupies an entire wing.
