FAMED restaurant Bondi Pizza has secured space in Mirvac and Perron Group’s Broadway Sydney development.
Bondi Pizza will lease 380 sqm and is expected to open later this year.
Bondi Pizza marketing manager Courtney Hogan said the Bondi Pizza team are very excited to open its seventh restaurant location at Broadway Sydney.
The new $55 Level 2 redevelopment will be unveiled to the public this week, for the first time since works commenced just over a year ago.
Level 2 will add 3,400 sqm of space with feature new tenants including H&M, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein Underwear, Seed Heritage, Sunglass Hut, Napoleon Perdis and Paul Dane alongside new food retailers; Zeus Street Greek, Din Tai Fung, Pepper Seeds Thai, Sushi Hon, Passiontree Velvet, Mr. Wu, Bun Me, Mumbai Express, Eat Istanbul, Ilmi Korean BBQ, Soul Origin, Hero Sushi, Sumo Green Label, Cha time, My Donut Box, Gelato Heaven, Nando’s, Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Schnitz, Guzman Y Gomez and Dutch Smuggler on level 3.
“After 12 months of redevelopment works, we are excited to unveil the new Level 2 to our customers. We have introduced a premium mix of Australian and international brands, offering customers everything they need from food and fashion, to beauty and lifestyle, without the need to venture into the city,” Mirvac’s senior development manager – retail, Christina Nelson said.
