The parcel offers up to 235 ft of frontage along St. Johns and Spring streets and 130 feet of frontage on Electronic Avenue.
About 250 m from the Moody Centre Skytrain station, the land is also close to Rocky Point Park and École Moody Middle School of the Arts. It’s across the road from the Port Moody Police Department headquarters.
