A STRATA unit in Samford Central Shopping Centre located at Samford Valley 25 km from the Brisbane CBD has sold for $826,000.
Knight Frank executive Phillip Grant said the expressions of interest campaign generated strong interest from investors.
According to Grant, after around 30 enquiries and six formal submissions, the property, which is tenanted by the locally known Famous Samford Patisserie and Café, was purchased by a private investor on a relatively firm yield of 7.38%.
Located within the Samford Central Shopping Centre at Shop 7, 11 Main Street, the strata unit comprises 114 sqm of building area with approximately 100 sqm of exclusive use covered patio area.
