The ASX Property Index regained lost ground yesterday closing 0.8% at 2508.4 points.
The result offset the 0.8% loss recorded a day earlier.
Yesterday, the ASX Property Index recorded almost $650 million worth on the trade of 178 million shares.
The winners list was led by Devine, which lifted its trading halt from a day earlier and reveal that construction giant Leighton has made bid to buy a 40% stake in the company for $94.7 million.
Devine closed 0.16 cents higher or 15.24% at $1.21.
The other winners were European Investors Global Property Trust and Ariadne.
The losers Hudson Investment, Port Bouvard and MTM Entertainment.
