The ASX Property Index has closed 0.5% higher yesterday at 2523.5 points.
More than 158.31 million shares were traded with a total value of $685.3 million.
The market was also in positive territory, the All Ordinaries closed 0.7% higher at 5848.5 points.
Yesterday’s winners were WRF Securities, realestate.com.au and Leighton Holdings.
realestate.com.au closed 0.20 cents or 3.67% higher at $5.65. The real estate listing portal has made its third European acquisition in 14 months, buying the atHome group of real estate sites for €4.5 million ($AU7.5 million).
Leighton shares soared 0.77 cents or 3.21% higher to close at $24.77. Earlier this week, the construction group won a $330 million contract to build two projects in Mumbai.
The losers were European Investors Global Property Trust, Cheviot Kirribilly and Village Life.
