QUICK Alterations has leased a shop at Coorparoo in Brisbane’s east.
Quick Alterations has secured a 28 sqm retail outlet at 2/200 Old Cleveland Rd Coorparoo in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s Jack Gwyn.
“This shopping centre offers ample onsite parking and there are high profile tenants in the complex including Domino’s Pizza, BWS and the TAB,” he said.
Quick Alterations has taken out a 5 + 5 years at gross rental of $19,000 per annum.
