ROZZI’S Italian Canteen restaurant chain has leased a 95sqm Swanston St space in Melbourne’s CBD at $400,000 a year.
The eight-year deal at 157 Swanston Street, which represents a rate of more than $4,200 per sqm, was negotiated by CBRE’s Zelman Ainsworth and Samantha Hunt on behalf of private investors.
Melbourne-based Rozzi’s operates 15 restaurants. It recently expanded into Queensland.
