SMOKE Alarm Solutions has secured a 1,000 sqm ground floor office within the business park precinct of 39 Navigator Place in Brisbane’s north-eastern suburb of Hendra.
Colliers’ Bo Veivers and Brian Riches negotiated the seven-year lease at $340 per sqm gross. Jay Whatley from McGees Property represented the landlord in the negotiations.
“Smoke Alarm Solutions are expanding their business and were looking for a suitable corporate space for several months. They are relocating from approximately 800sqm of sublease space in Eagle Farm,” Veivers said. “They were also keen on the location which is within close proximity to the Gateway Arterial, Brisbane Airport and only 8km to the CBD. The property features plenty of car parks and is located close to Nudgee Road. They will be moving in November after their custom fitout is complete.”
