AN office suite located at 74 Doncaster Road North Balwyn in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs has sold privately by agents Gray Johnson for record price of $605,000.
Gray Johnson selling agent Ben Evans said the 110 sqm achieved a record price for office space in the area at approximately $5,500 per sqm.
The space known as Suite 5 on Level 1 at 74 Doncaster Road was offered for sale on behalf of a financial advisory practice which will relocate to Carlton.
The buyer was a local accounting firm which plans to occupy the space.
“This is a high quality office with all IT cabling in place and excellent natural light in a three level commercial building.
“It presented an ideal opportunity for the purchaser to walk straight in and occupy the space immediately on settlement without additional upfront costs,” he added.
