The development is located just 7kms outside Melbourne CBD, located on Doncaster St in Ascot Vale.
Urbex Victorian development manager Renato Calandro said the development was a hidden gem in the inner-city real estate market.
“Conveniently located within 7 kilometres from the CBD, adjacent to the Riverside Golf Course and just minutes from Maribyrnong River and Flemington Racecourse, it is prime real estate.” he said.
Since its launch, the company has brought forward its next stage of the development after its second stage sold the 53 properties on offer.
The third stage will be released in the coming months.
Calandro said the success of the project was riding on a wave of second and third home buyers who were trading-up.
“Inner city residents are jumping at the opportunity to purchase a new home without the hassle of a renovation or expense of knocking down and rebuilding an existing home,” he said.
Ascot Chase is a 16ha site adjoining the Walter St Reserve and will eventually be home to around 1500 residents.
