A commercial building on the edge of Vancouver’s Gastown neighbourhood has hit the market with an asking price of $23.8m.
The building, at 122-130 West Hastings Street, comprises 47,000 sq ft divided into eight units. Constructed in 1899, it is classified as a Heritage B building but has been updated over the years.
Grand Central Realty has the marketing assignment on behalf of an unknown vendor.
The marketing campaign highlights the building’s ability to be used for office, retail or institutional purposes. Building amenities include kitchens, showers and lockers.
There are four tenanted retail storefronts and four to five office suites above. Tenants include a Mexican restaurant, a furniture store and a church.
In the heart of downtown Vancouver, the building is 100m from Victory Square and roughly 600m from the Waterfront Skytrain station and Seabus terminal.
