VIENTO Property has received unit holder approvals to extend the term of the new enterprise property syndicate by two years to June 2012.
The company said of the 41% of unit holders entitled to vote, 89% voted in favour of the resolution.
Viento added the vote shows investors have welcomed the strategic initiatives.
