WALKER Corporation and joint venture partner Major Projects Victoria are poised to launch an exclusive collection of four and five bedroom homes at Main Drive Kew.
The 32 homes, called the Luxe Collection will be located on the most elevated part of the site and are priced from $1.8 million to $3.4 million.
As part of the release, Walker also offers eight custom-designed homes called the Luxe Premium Collection and six homes facing a spine park within the precinct, called the Luxe Park Collection.
Development manager Belinda Zatta said that the homes are the best that have been released within Main Drive Kew.
“These homes are generously proportioned, contemporary in design and finished to the highest standards. There’s a sense of luxury and generosity of space, and sumptuous materials have been used throughout – extending from the seamlessly designed interiors to the homes exteriors,” she added.
The houses will be at a 5 Green Star rating for sustainability, and feature water re-cycling facilities, tanks and ground water capture and filtering areas called “rain gardens”, as well as landscaped gardens set amongst over 1,000 mature and heritage listed trees.
The Main Drive Kew homes are set on a 27 hectare site in Kew, 8km east of Melbourne’s CBD.
Walker Corporation is spending over $30 million in total on the community’s infrastructure, including provision 8ha of parklands, water retention areas, landscaping, roads, botanical restoration and community facilities.
