Wentworth Mutual has settled another Amrites conditional management right contract at Airlie Beach in the Whitsunday’s, Queensland.
Located directly opposite Boathaven Bay and overlooking the Coral Sea, Whitsunday Vista Resort which opened in 2000, is a 32 room holiday resort only a short stroll out of Airlie Beach central.
“The region surrounding Whitsunday Vista Resort is a consistent performer as a holiday destination. Affordable airfares, increasing public awareness and living costs that are cheaper than the surrounding islands will see our latest acquisition continue to perform well,” WWM’s executive director Kingsley Lamont said.
“With a return on investment of over 20% (before tax, depreciation, interest and amortisation) on our total investment of $1.4 million, Whitsunday Vista is an excellent entry into a growing region for Wentworth” he added.
Whitsunday Vista takes the total management rights acquisition tally for Wentworth Mutual to nine since November 2005.
