Knight Frank has hired Roger Young as a partner in its bank lending, valuation & advisory team.
Working alongside Jeremey Tham who heads up the Knight Frank team, Young will support the further expansion of the firm’s bank lending, valuation and advisory capabilities.
Young joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he had been an international partner for nine years, specialising in business space and industrial valuations. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at GL Hearn and was responsible for setting up the company’s first dedicated valuation team.
Young has carried out valuations for a range of high profile lending clients, including Wells Fargo, Citibank, PGIM, JP Morgan, BAML, Lloyds, Barclays and fund clients, including Legal & General, Catalyst Capital, FWRE, Atlantic Leaf and Palace Capital.
