Starlight Investments has acquired 84 Kirkstall Road, a new build-to-rent property in Leeds, UK.
The building has 111 suites ranging from one to three bedrooms. Many units have balconies, and those on the top floor have larger terraces. Amenities include a co-working space, a media room and a resident lounge.
The nine-story property is close to Leeds Railway Station, several universities and a teaching hospital.
Following the deal, Starlight’s UK portfolio totals 1,038 suites, with an additional 1,200 suites in its active pipeline. The firm previously bought build-to-rent properties in Manchester, Liverpool and Ashford.
