The tenants are BC Hardwood, Bears Bloom and Reay’s Moving & Storage. All of the leases expire in 2025 or 2026.
Two of the units have 20-foot clear heights with the other at 14 feet. The building has four grade-level loading doors and one dock-loading door. The units also have office space.
