Located at 128 Hay Street was sold by Knight Frank, the vendor was also undisclosed.
The property comprises 1,626 sqm of space and 22 car spaces, and is currently leased to accountants BDO Kendalls.
Outgoings are estimated to be $90.00 per sqm per annum plus GST.
Knight Frank advertised that the property has potential for redevelopment and is located less than 300 metres from the traditional mining and resources hub of West Perth.
